Last night the bairn stayed at his Grandma's. This was arranged so we could go out shopping today without him. So last night I went to my friend Jen’s for her “5th of July Party.” In Philly there are fireworks on the 4th at the art museum area and then usually the next day (or weekend depending on the year) on the riverfront. They had a concert going with Philly’s own Boyz 2 Men playing. I did not go, but did hear them playing in the distance.
