Make any tyYou Make My Heart Hop Yes, Flopsey’s heart actually does hop…or flip-flop… to reveal a message inside. I had the whole card made, then got this idea to have his heart flip up for another message. Valentine Flopsey Heart Flipped Here’s what I did: . I stamped the heart twice onto patterned paper and then again onto folded Natural cardstock. Make sure the paws are stamped on the fold. These will by your “hinges.” Color the paws on the Natural cardstock, cut them out (yes, they’re tiny, but the memories written It has been a year. 365 days have come and gone with a trail of tears left behind. When I say think outside the box, in my case this card is rather big - 7" x 5", but love how this week's SCS sketch is perfect for it! I was highly inspired to make this card shabby not just because of the images from the Be My Valentine set, but also because of the new Core'dinations The Chocolate Box card stock. Let me just tell you how absolutely yummy this card stock is to work with. IYou're My MVP! A different kind of Valentine. This is for today's Ways To Use it challenge on SCS. The challenge was to use stars. Simple enough right! So that is exactly how I kept it--SIMPLE!Stamps: Sporting Paper: Real Red, Rose Red, Whisper White, scraps of dp Ink: Real Red, Rose Red Accessories: top note, slice, sizzix, rubons, Martha Stewart markers, white gel pen Mary JoSome Simple Thank Yous This is pretty straight forward. Make a white card base (4.25 X 5.5 folded). Punch black CS with the 1 1/4 square punch (this punch is retiring buy it HERE). The hearts are from the new punch in the Love You Much Bundle (HERE). Punch 2 of them with red CS and one with white. Cover the white one with Chunky Glitter, and adhere them to the squares. Cut off the excess hearts, where it goes out of the square, except on the glitter one. Adhere them to the card and stamp the sentiment. ThisViva La Verve - Week 1 Sketch You all know how I love my sketch challenges! This one is from Verve.
